Hilary Hubbers, D.O. (Diploma in Osteopathy), D.P.O. (Diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy)
Hilary Hubbers qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 1983 and has been running her clinic since then. She is well-known and very well-thought of in her area, both by her patients and by the local GP’s. She completed her Diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy in 2005 at the (then) Osteopathic Centre for Children and worked there part-time for a total of four years. She now treats babies and children, as well as adults, in the Edgware practice.
Gillian Sheffer, B.Sc. (Hons) Ost
Gillian Sheffer trained at the College of Osteopaths and gained her degree in 2005. She also looks at balancing the body with orthotics, and makes these to measure.
In 1993 the Osteopaths Act was passed by the Government, and it is illegal to call yourself an Osteopath unless you have qualified from an accredited School of Osteopathy.

Fees and Payment
£46.00 per session
Each session lasts 45 minutes.
We ask patients to pay for each session in full at the time of treatment, either by cheque with a bankers card or cash. We have no facilities for credit card payment.
Cancelled Appointments
We do ask for at least 24 hours cancellation notice in order that we can use the space for another patient, otherwise a full fee may be charged.
Medical Insurance
If you have medical insurance it is advisable to contact your company before making an appointment in order to check whether you are covered for osteopathy by your policy. Sometimes a referral letter is needed. . We require you to settle the fee directly with us and then we issue you a receipt so that you can claim back the cost
